What is a thing you love about paper and papermaking?
I love the opportunity to make something beautiful out of recycled materials!
Where do you make paper? Do you make paper by yourself or with a group?
I have a little setup in my home.
What do you like to do with your paper once it’s made?
I make my paper with flower seeds in it, so people can tear then up and plant them.
Tell us your favorite Arnold Grummer product and how you first learned about the company.
I first heard of the company by purchasing a class set with the intentions of incorporating some paper making into my art teaching but loved the process so much, I continued making it.
Share a thought, bit of advice, or encouragement for someone interested in trying papermaking.
It’s such a fun thing to experiment with and do so in an eco friendly way. It’s also come to be a bit of my meditation time, as I’m pulling sheets of paper, I can be listening to a good podcast or set up outside to listen to my neighborhood.
